Data and Document Policy

This policy explains how Scholarvo handles personal information, academic documents and communications connected with an enquiry or order.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, subject area, service requirements, deadline, order information, payment records, messages and documents that you choose to upload.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information and uploaded documents only to respond to enquiries, assess requirements, provide the requested support, manage orders, communicate about delivery, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations.

3. Use of student documents

Documents are accessed only by authorised personnel who need them to assess or deliver the requested service. We do not sell student documents, publish them, submit them to an educational institution or use them as public samples without explicit written permission.

4. Retention and deletion

Working copies of student documents are retained only for the period reasonably required to complete the order, handle an agreed revision period and resolve any immediate delivery issue. After that period, the working documents are securely deleted from our active systems. Limited transaction, invoice or communication records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

You may request deletion of eligible personal information or uploaded documents at any time by contacting us. We will respond subject to identity verification and any lawful retention requirement.

5. Promotional communications

Where permitted by law, or where you have provided consent, Scholarvo may occasionally send information about relevant services, offers or updates by text message, email or similar communication. Promotional messages will be limited and will include a clear method to opt out. You may withdraw consent or request that marketing communications stop at any time. Service-related messages about an active enquiry or order are not promotional communications.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted admin access, validation of uploaded file types and protected storage locations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Third parties

We disclose information only where necessary to trusted service providers supporting hosting, communications or payment processing, or where disclosure is required by law. Such providers should receive only the information needed for their role.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible information, object to certain processing, or opt out of promotional communications by using the contact details shown on this website.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or document deletion requests can be submitted through our contact page. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry or order.

Important: Do not upload passwords, bank-card details, government-account login credentials or information that is not necessary for the requested service.
